1. HOW TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR CLAIM PRIZE. Contest runs from July 23, 2001 to November 30, 2001. Contest isto all natural persons. Entries are limited to one entry per family. Entry is by completing an entry form and delivering it to Discount Realty Services, 663 Pineknot Ave., Big Bear Lake CA 92315. ALTERNATE ENTRY: Entry forms can be mailed to Discount Realty Services. P. O. Box 3165 Big Bear Lake CA . Entry forms will be mailed on request by calling . Sponsor shall not be responsible for entries or entry forms not received or received late or damaged.

2. PRIZE & ODDS OF WINNING: One (1) prize consisting of Lots 50,51; Block 8; AM7. Retail value $2500.00. Total value of prize $2500.00. Federal, local, and state taxes, if any, are winner’s responsibility. Taxes levied against the property for the period after December 31,2001 shall be winner’s responsibility. No cash redemptions, substitutions, or transfer of prize permitted. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible winning entries received by Discount Realty Services on or before November 30, 2001. The total number of eligible winning entries is unknown but is expected to be less than one-thousand (1000). Winner will be selected by a random drawing of all eligible winning entries received by Discount Realty Services.

3. ELIGIBILITY: Contest isto all natural persons. Owners and employees of Discount Realty Services, Baldwin Lake Realty, Baldwin Lake Trading Post and the immediate families (spouse and parents, children and siblings and their spouses) and persons living in the same households of such employees are ineligible. Proof of eligibility may be required. Void where prohibited. By participating, entrants agree to these official rules and accept the decisions of Discount Realty Services as final. By entering contest, winner agrees to the use of his/her name, photograph, and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited.

4. TO CLAIM PRIZE: Winner will be notified by certified mail and may be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and, where legal, a Publicity Release plus submit in writing the manner in which he/she wishes to hold title to the prize within fourteen days of notification. If the winner is a minor, prize will be awarded in the name of winner’s parent/legal guardian who will be required to sign all necessary documents. Winner waives the right to assert as a cost of winning the prize, any and all costs of redemption or travel to redeem said prize. Prize will be awarded provided it is properly claimed. If prize is not properly claimed or winner proves to be ineligible an alternate winner will be selected by random drawing.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Sponsor is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any contest-related materials. All entrants release Sponsor and affiliated parties from any and all liability, loss or damage incurred with respect to awarding, receipt, possession, use, and/or misuse of the prize awarded herein, or participation in any prize-related activities.
